It really does depend on the families you’re talking to. The simple answer is to try and educate younger people to understand more about money so that the older generation feels more confident in involving them in their family's financial issues and financial decisions, particularly where there is a family business involved. So I think it’s an educational process, it’s also trying to make people feel comfortable both in handing on information and money as well as receiving it.
