We’ve a very, very fussy recruitment policy. So we’d like to think that the people that we recruit are the best advisors available on the market. We also have a training programme which ensures that individuals are trained to chartered financial planner level. I think it’s fair to say that the majority of our advisors are now trained to chartered financial planner level and that certainly gives me comfort that they have the technical knowledge and understanding to be able to lead clients along the correct path when they’re advising them.
