Guy Rigby: "We’ve done it with lots of businesses and we’ve encouraged businesses to come to us and at a very early stage we involve different team members who may not be relevant to them for two, three, four, five years in the future.  So when we take on a new client we often get our corporate finance guys involved, because there might be an exit proposed five years down the track.  We get them involved at the beginning. We follow the principle of beginning at the end, wherever the entrepreneur wants to end it, we try to get that embedded at the outset and we know exactly then how to work backwards to help him achieve his goals."
